Pre-Orders

Some of our products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or is due to arrive soon.

Where applicable, payment will be taken at the time your pre-order is placed. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier or shipping delays.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@ladybsluxebraidinghair.com.
• Once your pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return the item after delivery, our standard Returns & Exchange Policy will apply.
• If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, you will be offered the option of a full refund or an exchange.
