At Lady B’s Luxe Braiding Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy.
While we do not issue refunds, we do accept returns for exchange. Customers may return an item within 7 days and choose another product of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@ladybsluxebraidinghair.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution or exchange.

Due to the increasing use of artificial intelligence (Al) and digital image manipulation, we require clear video evidence for all damage related return or refund requests. Photos alone will not be accepted as sufficient proof of damage.

For the best experience with our products, we recommend having them installed by an experienced hairstylist familiar with braiding hair extensions.
